Contest officially begins August 16, 2004 and will end August 31, 2004 at 11:59pm PST.

FIVE winners will be selected randomly from the collected information, and winners will
be contacted by SpLiZaaT of TwistedMods.com via Electronic Mail. If a winner fails to respond
within 72 hours, they will forfeit their prize, and a new winner will be selected.

Only ONE entrance per person per DAY. IP Addresses will be logged!

Anyone with a valid Name and Email Address is eligible to enter.

Violation of any of the contest rules is grounds for disqualification.
