Clear Enamel
Same process again, except this paint will go on completely clear. This adds a protective layer to the paint, to prevent chipping, and a bit of a gloss. ![]() Turtle Wax ![]() After all the painting and sanding is done, the last step in painting is to wax that baby up. Apply the wax in a circular motion, using the applier included with the wax. Wait a few minutes, and take a very soft cloth to it. Wipe the wax from the surface, and you should be left with one nice looking finish. ![]() ![]() Wrapping It Up Now you can remove the masking tape. Do this slowly, so you don?t grab any paint and chip it off. ![]() After that, you?re ready to put the equipment back together and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
